商品のお届け時期

在庫のある商品については、配送のご依頼を受けてから7日以内に発送いたします。受注後に製造する商品については、その都度発送予定日をお知らせいたします。

返品について

お客様のご都合による返品は、原則としてお受けしておりません。商品に欠陥がある場合は、商品到着後7日以内にご連絡をお願いいたします。
返送品を確認次第、返金もしくは交換のお手続きをさせていただきます。お手続きには返送品の到着から少なくとも7日はかかることをご了承ください。この場合の返送料は当方にて負担いたします。
